Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has approved heads of terms for granting a 250 year lease for Oak Holdings’ £350m leisure development.
The project is called YES! Oak plans a leisure-based development including a cinema and a convention centre. It had already received planning permission and acquired land that will provide an entrance to the development.
The shares have been falling for more than a year but this news added 3p to 31.5p.
