One Media IP

ISDX-quoted One Media IP has bought Men & Motors and its library of programming and it is considering a move to Aim next year.

One Media acquires music and video rights and the latest purchase includes 1,600 hours of cars and motoring programming shown on the Men & Motors TV channel. This programming will be repackaged and sold over digital outlets, such as iTunes and Amazon, and rebroadcast on nostalgia TV channels. There are also plans to generate revenues from the Men & Motors brand. 

The enlarged company catalogue includes 170,000 music tracks and 5,000 hours of video.

At 4.1p a share, One Media is valued at £2.2m. One Media is one of the more frequently traded shares on ISDX.
