Bus maker Optare has signed a lease on a new factory in North Yorkshire.
The site at Sherburn in Elmet is near to the current plant near Leeds. The move to a single factory should happen in September. The lease lasts 17 years.
Full year results will be released on 9 May.
At 2.5p a share, Optare is valued at £18.8m.
