Otium Ventures / Hertford International Group

Arbuthnot has resigned as nominated adviser and broker to Otium Ventures, previously known as Hertford International Group a failed pre-paid cards business.

Shares in Otium were suspended at 1.5p each, which values the shell at 730,000. Otium/Hertford has spent most of the year suspended so this is not an unusual state of affairs.

Otium has to find a replacement nominated adviser by 24 September or it will lose its Aim quotation. Otium claims it has already started looking for a nominated adviser but it does not have long to find one.
