Three non-executive directors have resigned from PAQ International Holdings Ltd and its shares have been suspended.

Ivor Shrago, Dennis Ow, and Kevin Ka Keung Miu have all resigned and PAQ is considering its management structure. PAQ needs to publish its 2009 figures by the end of June or the shares will stay suspended - or have to be suspended again if the suspension has been lifted. A business restructuring is being considered and PAQ is looking for new non-execs.

At the suspension price of 0.28p a share, PAQ is valued at £350,000.

PAQ is a manufacturer and distributor of protective bags for mobile phones, laptops and other electrical devices.

PAQ lost HK$3.74 on revenues of HK$13.5m in the six months to June 2009.
