Set top boxes developer and electronic equipment manufacturer PeerTV has received notices proposing the appointment of four directors.
Narendra Dhana, Kavi Dhana, Leon Hogan and Andrew Heyting are the proposed directors. PeerTV has asked the new directors for their proposed strategy and is waiting until it receives this information before making a recommendation to shareholders. A general meeting is being held on 2 November.
Hogan and Heyting each own more than 3% of the company.
The general meeting is being held to gain shareholder approval for a 1,000-for-one share consolidation. The shares are currently trading at 0.02p each.
