Nabarro Wells has resigned as nominated adviser to Personal Screening

This is the fifth resignation by Nabarro Wells on 1 September (see http://www.aimmicro.com/blog/entry/ambrian-capital1/.)

The company’s shares will be suspended on 1 October if a replacement isn’t found.

Personal Screening is already talking to a replacement and it is also hoping to complete a transaction.

This news came after the closure of the market so the shares were unchanged at 0.18p, valuing Personal Screening at £540,000. Personal Screening joined Aim on 15 February 2006, when it raised £800,000 at 1p a share.

Personal Screening is a supplier of self-test medical kits for health and medical conditions. It lost £834,000 on revenues of £49,000 in 2007. Net cash was £233,000 at the end of 2007.
