Children’s sports coaching company premier Sports is expected to be valued at £5.7m when it floats later in August.
Premier was founded in 1999 and it provides coaching for 4-12 year olds through a franchise network of coaches. The company gets its revenues from fees paid by the franchisees. Growth will come from recruiting new franchisees. There is also a free magazine called Kick It, which could generate advertising revenues in the future.
Duncan Goodhew, the Olympic swimming gold medallist, is a non-executive director.
