Shares in Prince Catering & Management have been suspended because it won’t be able to issue its 2007 results before the end of June.

The China-based restaurant operator reported a reduction in revenues from £3.32m to £2.88m in the six months to June 2007. Profits slumped from £538,000 to £135,000. The figures were affected by the closure of the Macau Prince restaurant.

The shares were suspended at 1.75p, valuing Prince at £1.5m.

Prince joined Aim on 31 August 2006, when it raised £428,000 at 9.25p a share.
