RAM Investment Group has agreed new option agreements with the owners of the 50.1% of TrainFX, the installer of information screens in train carriages, it does not own.

RAM has the option to acquire Old Church Street’s 25.1% stake in TrainFX in return for 6m RAM shares. This option lasts until 30 June.

The new option agreement with the administrator of Vision Media Group also lasts until 30 June and RAM had to pay £55,000 to extend the date. The consideration for the 25% stake is £300,000 in cash and £250,000 worth of loan notes issued to the first fixed charge holder over VMG’s assets. RAM could pay the loan note element in cash if it wants to. The administrator still has an option to subscribe for 1,466,276 shares in RAM at 13.64p a share.

At 7p a share, RAM is valued at £5.61m.
