Document storage services provider Restore is acquiring the records management and office relocation business of Sargents.

Restore is paying 500,000 for Sargents, which made an operating profit of 324,000 on revenues of 5.99m in the year to August 2010.The business is London-focused and it will take restore into the office relocations market. This will widen the range of services that can be offered to existing customers.

At 41.75p a share, Restore is valued at 19.2m.
