Scotty has received a €1.43m order from the German military.

The order is for satellite communications for Eurocopters. There could be further orders worth €3m related to this order.

The shares rose 0.125p to 1.825p, valuing Scotty at £18.4m.

Scotty swung from a loss of £379,000 to a profit of £304,000 in the six months to January 2008. There was net cash of £55,000 at the balance sheet date. By the middle of April the cash balance was around £600,000.
