Sky High was one of the top performers of the past year with a 90.9% in its share price.

This share price rise was achieved even though a trading statement was disappointing. At 10.5p a share, the company is valued at £1.34m.

Sky High collects traffic data for local authorities through video monitoring or manual surveys. It has operations in the UK and Australia.

The UK traffic surveys business had a poor January but orders have returned to normal levels during February. Some employees have been placed on a reduced working week in order to reduce costs.

The Australian business is trading well.

Management says that the company has cash in the bank.

Sky High was formed when Sky High Traffic Data Ltd reversed into former Sage reseller Myratech.net on 25 January 2007. At that time every 100 existing shares were consolidated into one new share. The business was acquired for £2.06m in shares issued at 25p each (post-consolidation). A further £310,000 was raised at the same share price.
