Contract electronics manufacturer Stadium Group says that first quarter revenues have fallen.
The decline in revenues has been partially offset by redundancies and other cost savings, although that meant a one-off cost of £140,000. Cash is still being generated and borrowings are reducing. Stadium has agreed a reduction in pension deficit contributions with its pension fund trustees.
Kam Verma has stepped down as managing director of the electronics division because he has reached retirement age.
At 36p a share, Stadium is valued at £10.4m.
