Staffline Recruitment Group says that it is in a good position to take advantage of competitors in a poor financial shape.
Staffline is a cash generative business with a steady revenue stream because of its contracts to supply and manage staff on the site of customers. Staffline did lose a client with four ‘OnSite’ operations at the end of the first quarter of 2009 but it is getting the benefit of new OnSites opened last year.
Staffline has already started to win business from weaker competitors.
Management reports that it is trading in line with management expectations in the first four months of 2009. Operating cost savings should underpin profitability.
At 47p, up 1p on the day, Staffline is valued at £9.98m.
An update on interim trading will be published in early July.
The company’s name will be changed to Staffline Group.
