Stilo International says that Cisco Systems Inc has placed an order for the Migrate cloud content conversion service.

The content management software supplier’s system Migrate can convert Word, Adobe FrameMaker and InDesign documents in real time to the online DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) standard. This will enable them to be accessed on a pay-as-you-use basis.

Cisco will use Migrate to convert 20,000 pages of FrameMaker content to the DITA standard. IBM is already using Migrate.

Shares in Stilo rose 0.5p to 2.5p each, valuing the company at £2.75m. Stilo had £704,000 in the bank at the end of April.
