STM Group is raising £1.59m at 17.5p a share.
All the shares were acquired by International Financial Options Ltd, which is owned by N Green. This takes his shareholding to 23.8%.
The cash will be used to develop distribution channels and boost regulatory capital.
At 19p a share, the existing share capital is valued at £8.18m.
