All of toiletries supplier Swallowfield’s AGM resolutions were passed and proposals to appoint two additional non-executive directors were withdrawn.
Investment company Western Selection wanted its chairman David Marshall and fellow Swallowfield investor Peter Gyllenhammer to gain board seats. However, their nominations were withdrawn.
