Bus and coach operator Tellings Golden Miller is buying a passenger and air crew transport operation at Heathrow.
OFJ Connections had previously bought Tellings’ former subsidiary Aircrews and the combined business has a “significant market share” at Heathrow. Tellings is also buying the remaining 25% of its 75%-owned ground services business OFJ Ground Services.
OFJ Connections operates 120 vehicles. It generated £7.3m in revenues and £2.1m in profits in 2006. Aircrews adds a further £1.7m to annual revenues.
Tellings received £1.1m in cash for Aircrews at the beginning of this year. It is now paying £5.15m for the enlarged business.
