Ten Alps

Information publisher and TV programme producer Ten Alps is raising more cash for working capital at a premium to the market price. 

The shares are trading at 1.38p each, which values the existing share capital at £3.8m. The latest fundraising of £482,500 is at 2p a share. Herald Investment Trust has subscribed for just over one-third of the shares and has provided £592,500 in the form of a loan. Herald owns 34.5% of Ten Alps and along with other members of a concert party owns 45.6%.

One year ago, Ten Alps raised £3m at 2.5p a share. Net debt was £3.7m at the end of September 2012, with all debt long-term.
