Technology investment company Tern says that its investee company flexiOps has signed a term sheet to acquire the assets of Wyld Research for £70,000.

Wyld provides a wireless Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that enable mesh networking capabilities for the Internet of Things. Mesh networks provide the connectivity for smart cities and other aspects of the Internet of Things. Wyld boss Gene Myers will become chief technical officer of flexiOps.

At 7.13p, the share price is just above its 12 month low.
