Former TMN Group director James Morris is continuing to build up his stake in the online and email market services provider.

He has taken his stake back up to 4.43%. He had a larger percentage when he was on the board in 2005-2006.

Maziar Darvish, an existing TMN director who ran Internet Business Group before it was acquired by TMN, is also buying shares. Darvish bought 90,000 shares taking his stake to 4.03%.

On 18 February, TMN said it was in reverse takeover talks.

At 4.875p a share, TMN is valued at £3.73m.
