Travelzest

Travelzest reported lower for the year to October 2009.

Shares in the travel agency and tour operator fell 1.75p to 9p each, which values the company at £13.1m.

Revenues fell from £44.3m to £38.3m, while underlying operating profits before amortisation and restructuring costs improved from £5.14m to £5.47m. Underlying pre-tax profit rose from £3.87m to £4.13m. 

Canada grew its revenues and all the decline came in the UK.

Net debt was £9.2m at the end of October 2009.
