TurfTrax may sell the rest of its operating businesses and turn itself into a shell.

The company won’t be able to continue to trade if it does not sell the businesses because it has limited cash.

Management is talking to a number of investors about raising more cash for the company.

TurfTrax will need to hold a shareholder meeting to approve the disposal, the new strategy and the issue of more shares.

At 0.45p a share, TurfTrax is valued at £200,000.
