Marketing services group Twenty continues to win business to replace the contract it lost last year.

The three-year contract with bowling group Tenpin is worth £1.4m a year. Tenpin is the UK’s largest bowling operator with 39 centres. Twenty will handle customer sales and service operations at its Northampton site.

Last month Twenty announced a contract worth £400,000 a year with nightclub operator Luminar, with an additional £150,000 a year for direct mail fulfillment.
These contracts help to make up for a £3m contract lost last year. However, they were already factored in to Daniel Stewart’s forecasts. It expects 2007 profits of £800,000 and then a rise to £1.35m next year. The share price has started to recover following the disappointing interim statement. At 14.75p, Twenty is trading on nine times prospective 2008 earnings.
