Environmentally-friendly pesticides technology supplier TyraTech Inc has delivered three new insect control products to Terminex International and this has triggered development milestone payments.

Terminex is the biggest pest control company in the world and it markets and brands TyraTech products in the US, Canada and Mexico.

The new products control crawling, flying, and stinging insects.

Earlier this month, TyraTech appointed Peter Jerome as its chief financial officer but he is not joining the board.

At the end of 2010, TyraTech raised £1.39m gross at 30p a share.

At 38p a share, TyraTech is valued at £19.5m. The share price has recovered by 262% over the past year.
