Environmentally-friendly pesticides technology supplier TyraTech Inc has named its pest control products joint venture with Amvac Chemical Corporation.
Envance Technologies will develop and commercialise pest control products for consumer, commercial and agricultural markets. Retail sales of Terminex-branded products have started in the US.
AMVAC has a majority stake in the joint venture. TyraTech received an upfront licence fee and annual licence payments for 10 years.
At 4.75p a share, TyraTech is valued at £5.14m.
