Software and technology products supplier Ultima Products says it is looking at legal IT acquisitions.
Ultima says that no individual acquisition of any of these businesses would constitute a reverse takeover.
Full year results will be published later in April. Ultima’s PowaCycle electric bicycles are continuing to sell well.
At one point during the day the shares were 40% higher, having nearly doubled in the early part of the week. The shares slipped back 0.28p to 2.73p later in the day.
