Voller Energy has announced a 2p a share dividend.
The shares were trading below the level of the dividend but recovered 0.625p to 2.5p a share, which values Voller at £580,000.
When Voller started to wind down its fuel cell activities it suggested that the initial dividend would be 1p a share so this is a happy surprise.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register on 27 February. The payment date is the 20 March.
Voller is now a shell.
