Fuel cell systems developer Voller Energy is looking at options for its business.

Voller will need more funding to take advantage of its opportunities. Deloitte Corporate Finance will conduct a strategic review of the business and the options could include alliances or a sale of the business. The shares rose 1p to 8.75p.

The NAV is 16p a share - which is mainly cash. Voller still has £3.33m in cash. That should last at least 12 months.

Revenues remain negligible and they dipped slightly to £19,000 in the six months to December 2007. The loss increased from £1.16m to £1.28m.
