Watermark Global has raised a further £75,000.

The share placing was at 0.275p a share, which is the same price as the £630,000 was raised at in May. The cash will provide working capital for the company while it waits for the South African government to make a decision on its acid mine drainage treatment project.

At 0.4p a share, down 0.025p on the day, Watermark is valued at £3.16m.

An AGM will be held on 30 June to enable shareholders to approve the issue of shares.
