Tour operator Western & Oriental says that the ash cloud earlier this year means it will not meet expectations for the year to September 2010.
Cancelled bookings, lost sales, reduced gross margin and other costs will knock £1.8m off the figures.
Sales are picking up in the re-branded W&O Travel division. The order book is worth £21m, against £18.5m a year ago.
Management expects to announce the results of a strategic review by the end of 2010.
At 1.27p a share, W&O is valued at £4.59m.
