William Ransom says it has ended bid discussions but this doesn’t mean that there won’t be a bid.
The natural pharmaceuticals supplier was talking to Steve Quinn and Fred Whitcomb, who were former directors of the company. Ransom says that talks have been terminated but it believes that the two men are still evaluating a bid. This statement was made without the potential bidders’ agreement.
The shares remain suspended at 7.75p.
