ECI Partners has ended its interest in bidding for mobile content and managed services provider WIN after IMImobile Europe said that it owns or has acceptances for 50.26% of the bid target.
IMImobile increased its original 141p a share bid to 150p a share after buying in the market at that level.
ECI never tabled an official bid for WIN but it did declare its interest in bidding.
