York Pharma has repaid $250,000 of the line of credit provided by ULURU and it has until 29 July to pay the rest.

ULURU asked for repayment when its potential takeover of York fell through.

The skin treatments developer is seeking further finance to pay the rest of the loan and provide working capital for the business.

Shares in York were suspended at 3.25p each at the end of March 2009, which values York at £2m.
