Yujin International Ltd

Tanker ship owner Yujin International Ltd plans to join Aim on 10 February 2009.

Singapore-based Yujin charters tankers to companies providing bunkering services in the Port of Singapore. Yujin owns six tanker ships and has chartered in two ships from a third party.

Yujin is joining Aim via an introduction and will be worth £9.9m at the expected introduction price of 33p a share. 

Joint managing directors Captain Liew Chin Chye and Captain Joseph Ting Siew Chiong each own 18% of the company. Kavita Capital, where non-executive chairman Lee Keen Whye is a director, is the majority shareholder with a 51.3% stake.

In all, 90% of the shares will not be in public hands at the time of the flotation.
