Zest Group is more than doubling the size of its share capital through a £300,000 placing at 0.1p a share.
At 0.18p a share, down 0.04p, Zest is valued at £310,000 prior to the fund raising.
Zest has the publishing and recording rights from Tara Chinn, Nasio Fontaine and Tony Fennell. It is also looking for potential acquisitions.
Zest lost £113,000 in the six months to March 2009. There was still £53,000 in the bank at that point.
