Overview

Amteus is a developer of software for the secure transmission of voice and data over the internet. It joined Aim on 18 January 2006 when it raised £3.42m net at 55p a share. In April 2008 it announced that it had raised a further £1.8m (£1.5m net) at 15p. However, one investor failed to come up with £100,000 of the amount that was being raised.
