Avisen is a business and technology consultancy that focuses on strategy and performance management. Avisen also supplies software. Avisen was formed when Avisen Group reversed into Z Group, which had sold its original internet-based business, on 2 February 2009. The all-share deal more than quadrupled the number of shares in issue. It was valued at £4.55m because the shares were trading at 5.25p each the day before it was announced. The year end was changed from February to December. Z Group originally floated on 21 June 2005, when it raised £3m gross at 108p a share. www.avisenplc.com
