China Eastsea Business Software provides IT consulting and business process outsourcing services to customers in China. Customers include the government as well as telecoms, power, oil and petrochemical companies. The company was founded in August 2003. It joined Ofex in October 2005 and transferred from the renamed Plus-quoted to Aim on 24 January 2008. No new money was raised. The closing price on Plus-quoted on 23 January was 24.5p, valuing the company at £17m.
