Overview

Coms was founded in 2000 and reversed into Aim shell Azman on 6 September 2006 and raised £1.5m at 1p a share. It offers its subscribers the ability to make calls over the internet wherever a high-speed internet connection is available. Ofcom has allocated Coms 2m phone numbers or a customer can transfer its existing telephone number to the service. Coms intends to develop other services such as video calling, IP Centrex and location independence. The acquisition of ExchangeXT has helped Coms to enter the small business market.
