Overview

EKF Diagnostics Group is a supplier of diagnostic instruments and reagents. EKF was used as a shell to buy EKF-diagnostic GmbH for €14.3m in cash and shares. EKF-diagnostic has operations in Germany, Poland and Russia. A placing raised £15.06m at 15p a share to help finance the acquisition. EKF was previously known as International Brand Licensing but the Admiral sportswear interests were sold off.
