Overview

Eco City Vehicles is a taxi distributor and it has the exclusive distribution rights to the Mercedes Vito taxi in London. It stopped selling the Manganese Bronze taxi in June 2010. ECV was formed when taxi distributor KPM reversed into Aim shell Pannal on 11 October 2007. At the same time it raised £1m at 5p a share, although all but £100,000 of that cash went on the expenses of the deal. ECV was valued at £15.1m at that point. Pannal had joined Aim on 22 February 2005.
