Flomeric's business is now broken up into three areas: physical design of electronics, electromagnetics and engineering fluid dynamics. The fi rst division is built around the core software product Flowtherm, which dominates the thermal analysis software market, and also includes MicReD's T3Ster software used to measure the thermal performance of chip packages. The electromagnetics grouping includes Microstripes, which is used to design antenna, and FLO/EMC, which is used to design out problems with electromagnetic interference. Nika, which was acquired in July 2006, is the basis of the engineering fluid dynamics division.
