Hexagon Human Capital was started by former Alexander Mann executive Jonathan Wright in 2004 in order to buy and build in the interim management and executive search sectors. It made four acquisitions prior to joining AIM on 15 February 2007 at 165p a share. The August 2007 acquisition of Archer Mathieson made Hexagon the biggest interim management provider in Europe even though it is focused on London, the Thames Valley and the Midlands. This is a fragmented market. In 2008 the executive search side of the business has acquired additional operations in Dubai and the US.
