Overview

Humberts is an estate agency business that has grown by acquisition. It floated as Farley Group on 22 December at 25p a share and prior to that was a shell called Dealstore II. Farley bought Humberts on 29 November 2005 and at the same time raised £8m at 60p a share. This was classed as a reverse takeover. The company's name was changed to Humberts in December 2006 after a £11.4m placing at 80p a share.
