Overview

Mariana Resources is Guernsey-based holding company which owns operations exploring for copper and gold in Ecuador, Chile and Argentina. It has five core projects. Sierra Blanca in Argentina is an epithermal gold project sited north west of the Vanguardia mine and Mariana is earning a 70% interest. It is also earning 70% of the Exploradora potential porphyry copper mine in Chile. Mariana owns 100% of La Victoria, a potential gold asset in Ecuador, plus options to acquire 100% of two other potential gold and silver interests. Mariana joined Aim in May 2006 via a placing at 20p a share.
