Overview

Robotic Technology Systems supplies automation systems for the industrial and life sciences markets. RTS, whose original operations were in Finland, started out on Ofex before transferring to Aim on 13 May 1999. Software company RTS Networks was spun out of the business on to Aim but eventually it ran into financial difficulties. RTS moved from the Aim to the Main Market on 9 August 2002. It returned to Aim on 20 June 2005. On 31 May 2006 International Nuclear Solutions was demerged from RTS. Shareholders received one INS share for each RTS share they owned. Disposals since November 2005 have enabled RTS to pay dividends totalling 10p a share.
