Overview

Sceptre Leisure was formed when Orb Holdings reversed into Aim-quoted GamingKing on 30 September 2008. Orb is the second largest amusement machines operator in the licensed pubs and bars sector in the UK. GamingKing provides lotteries and games to registered members clubs. GamingKing joined Aim in 1996 at 3p a share - 150p a share post-consolidation. A 50-for-one share consolidation happened at the same time as the reversal.
