Scholium Group's main businesses are book dealer Shapero Rare Books, bookseller South Kensington Books and Ultimate Library, which creates libraries for residencies and hotels. The group was established in 2009 by its current chief executive Philip Blackwell, who previously ran Oxford-based bookseller BlackwellScholium joined Aim on 28 March and raised £8m at 100p a share, which valued the business at £13.2m.
